Albion Nordic AB, we want you as a customer to be confident in providing your data to us. Our data policy describes how we collect, use, store and share personal information. The policy is only a supplement to our Terms and Conditions and Third- Party Agreement List. The data policy applies from 25 May 2018, when the General Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR) enters into force. By contacting us as a customer, using our website and / or making a purchase, you accept our data policy and our processing of your data. You also agree that we use different communication paths such as e-mail or phone to provide information to you. It is important that you read and understand our data policy before contacting us or making a purchase. In order to offer you our services, we need to process your data as shown below. We do this with the utmost account of your integrity.
What information is collected?
Only the information that is necessary for Albion Nordic AB to process an order or to come into contact with a potential customer. The customer submits the information, either through a purchase in our e-commerce’s e-klok.se or albionnordic.com or via e-mail, phone or chat. Alternatively, they will be generated when you use our services, such as IP addresses or user logins.
The following personal data are deemed necessary for processing in connection with a purchase or other contact with a potential customer
- Name (for identification)
- Social Security Number (when purchased with invoice and / or on application for ROT tax deduction)
- Address (for contact)
- Phone number (for contact)
- E-mail address (for contact)
- Cadastral (on application for ROT tax deduction)
The following data may be collected during visits to our websites, using our app, and in chat with our customer service
- IP Address (Logging, Statistics)
- Gender (Logging, Statistics)
- Age (Logging, Statistics)
- Geographical location (logging, statistics)

Legal Basis
The processing of data we provide is supported by legitimate interest, the agreement the customer is included in the purchase, by accepting our terms of use of our services, Privacy Shield or under legal obligation. This in order for us to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer and to comply with applicable legislation.

How we use information?
All data is used to deliver our products and services as well as for administration. The information is required for invoice, customer service, financial administration or identification.
We also use this to communicate with you about important events or information about your purchased product, as well as newsletters and general e-mail communications. Our legitimate interests for this treatment are to promote our existing or new products and services.
We may use your information for automated decision making and profiling if you have submitted your explicit consent.
Some third party services such as installation assignments and invoice require us to share information with the supplier in order to deliver the service.
Who can take part of your data?
Your data may be disclosed to other actors who process the information on our behalf, so-called personal data assistants. Personal data will not be disclosed to an external party not specified without your consent as a customer. Exceptions will be made if a customer has violated our terms of agreement, whether there is legal action or if an authority requests this in support of Swedish legislation. Examples of such authorities are Tax Agency’s, Swedish Police Authority, Enforcement Authority and regulators in concerned countries.
In our Third- Party Agreement List, there is a complete list of those companies that may take part of your data. The suppliers / partners are for example in installation and service, financial services and shipping companies.

We and our partners carry out processing of your data as a rule within the EU / EEA.

We take appropriate technical and organizational security measures, compliant with industry standard, to ensure that all data we treat is protected from unauthorized access.

As a registered person and customer, you have special rights regarding the data we have about you. You are entitled to access information about the personal data we process about you, correction of personal data, restriction, deletion, and data porting or right to object to our processing of your personal data.
A prerequisite for us to be able to perform the above is that we receive adequate documentation for identification from you as registered. Your request to exercise your rights above is assessed on a case-by-case basis, based on prevailing circumstances.
